Milwaukee Police expand patrols to further protect bus riding community
Chief Flynn announced today that effective immediately, Milwaukee Police Officers will be patrolling county bus routes, boarding buses to monitor for crime and to prevent disorder. Concerns have been raised recently about county bus safety and MPD is committed to making sure that people on the city streets, whether they are walking, driving or riding on buses, are safe from crime, fear and disorder.
