Hello,

The District Three Block Watch Council is conducting a survey of Block Watch
captains and organizers throughout the whole City of Milwaukee, to determine
which "communication/technology tools" are most used by Block Watch program
participants and which of these they find most useful.
All your specific answers are confidential and the final tabulated results
of the Communication Tool Survey will help us identify how to better utilize
these tools.  Additionally, the final tabulated results of this survey will
be provided to all City Wide Block Watch Council District Representatives,
to all Block Watch captains and participants who answer the Communication
Tool Survey questions, and anyone else who does request the final, tabulated
statistical results of this survey.

Once you have completed the survey questions below, please email your
answers to Bently Turner, the District 3 Block Watch Sector 340
Representative at bturner0606@sbcglobal.net

We will be concluding the data collection portion of this survey on January
31, 2012, so please send your responses to the survey prior to that date.

Sincerely,
David B. Wahl
